Barbara is the founder of "Barby the Book Fairy", a program that collects new and gently used books and distributes them to free little libraries around Milwaukee. She particularly focuses on neighborhoods within the 53204 and 53215 zip codes. We'd like to recognize her as our Rising Leader for all her hard work and mission to help the children in our community!
