HPGM’s Board Pipeline Initiative is a virtual training program that introduces participants to the foundational concepts of board service. Session topics include board basics, understanding financial statements, exploring various types of boards/committees, strategic planning, and more.

Learn about the best practices for being an effective board member from other non-profit and community leaders. This program is perfect for aspiring board members, community leaders, and professionals looking to build their skills and make a difference.
