Alianza Latina de ERGs (ALE) 

HPGM is proud to launch Alianza Latina de ERGs (ALE). This collective unites members and leaders of Wisconsin employee organizations to foster a sense of pride and belonging among employees of Latino/Hispanic heritage while enriching employer partner culture. Join this ERG/BRG collective to share best practices, attend and amplify events, and build partnerships based on shared vision and intentionality. 

ALE is for: 

  • Latino employee organization members and leaders
  • Employees interested in starting a Latino employee group at their company
  • Executive sponsors or mentors for Latino employee groups 
  • Professionals looking for additional networking & member connections

Meeting Schedule: 

Professionals currently part of ERGs and BRGs are welcome to join ALE to connect, collaborate and celebrate together. Meetings are held virtually on the third Friday of the month from 9 .am. to 10 a.m. See dates below

Buena Tierra Run Club

Join the Buena Tierra Run Club, a Latino influenced, Milwaukee based run club for all people.
